I'm writing about Star. He is awakened in a small city on the East Coast of the North American Continental Empire 300+ years from today, with no recollection of his previous life, personality, or the true power. He knows he's a vampire by instinct, and he knows he's a strong vampire. But he has no idea who he was, only that a human woman named Mariah Aurora Green, whoever she is, will be born soon. And that she will help him remember, so long as he can find her before another vampire does. He has two vampire 'sons', 'brothers', or whoever they are, that awaken with him and have lost their memories as well. All the three of them have are their strikingly similar appearances, and their tattoos:
Star has a blue sun tattoo with a white four-pointed star inside it on his back, with the rays of reaching forward like tiger stripes onto his chest, ribs, and going down to the small of his back. His chest has a butterfly with severed wings on it, in red, with black whorls around it.
Rain has a blue circle with a white teardrop inside it, that has lines of dots going out of it on one side to twist down his right arm. He has a red dot tattoo on each fingertip that is echoed on the other digits, and a bullseye on his palm.
Wind has a blue vortex on his back, with a white swirl design in the center that looks like stylized air. Thick lines made of 'x's go down his right arm, and his knuckles are tattooed red. His palm has a design on it in black, shaped like a wolf's paw print.
The twins are only a little shorter than he is, and their hair is loosely wavy instead of straight. Otherwise they are all (physically) exactly the same.

I'm a hectic writer, and tend to write the juicy who/what/where morsels before I get to the how/why/when details in-between them. I'm sorry... >.<

On Wraith
It's been a little over a year and I've gotten far enough to figure out I want Wraith to be a beautiful damn language completely distinct from Atrii in as many ways as I can manage. My opinion of beautiful apparently includes Sith and Black Speech, which is fitting because Wraith were partially inspired by Nazghul and Sith... (Also Drow and Dementors and Quarians and the Middle East and India and Africa, in big messy swaths of eyegasm that I can't list here completely)
The lack of LEGITIMATE BLACK ELVES in the fic I read is also a big factor.
So naturally I began searching for sound lists and mashing them. I haven't gotten very far on either

I would like to stop and explain this:
Star is a thousands-of-years-old vampire who was reunited with his long-lost soul after millennia of emotional emptiness, and absorbed many many reincarnations at that moment, losing much of his original personality, appearance, and memories. Some of his most powerful emotions and memories stuck, but most others just ran together into chaos and were lost.
